I discovered yoga 25 years ago while pregnant with my first child. The space to sit with myself and begin to see, know and love myself again, after many years immersed in "life" and all the busyness that brings, brought me profound joy and healing. I earned my 200hour certification in 2018 and prenatal certification in 2022.

I hope to offer my students a place to practice coming home to themselves, connecting body, mind and spirit through breath and movement.

This class starts with slow, easy stretches to work out stiffness, then transitions to restful positions. By staying low to the ground and holding poses longer, you facilitate a gentle myofascial release, helping to ease tension in the body's connective tissues while quieting the nervous system.
