Paradise Taylor is a yoga instructor based in Austin, TX with over 20 years of experience practicing and teaching. Her roots are in the Ashtanga lineage, and she now teaches a wide range of styles — from Vinyasa and Flow to Yin, Restorative, and Gentle — with a focus on creating nurturing, empowering spaces where students of all levels feel welcome.
Paradise believes yoga meets you wherever you are. Her teaching is shaped by her own transformative journey with the practice, and she brings that depth and authenticity into every class. She leads international yoga retreats and has built a loyal community of students drawn to her grounded, whole-hearted approach.
