The Qi of Tea: A Guided Tea Meditation

For thousands of years, pu'er tea has been consumed as a plant medicine. Its value lies in its Qi, meaning "breath", the psychoactive effect of tea that is experienced by those who drink it.

Harvested from ancient trees in the biological homeland of tea, pressed into cakes, traded as currency, and aged, the experience of connecting with the tea plant is known as Cha Zui, meaning "Tea Drunk".

So-Han Fan, founder of West China Tea, will guides us through a tea meditation, formally known as the Cascade Method, where we slow down enough to encounter the Qi of the high-grade, farm-direct pu'er tea.

A non-caffeinated option (Camellia crassicolumna, aka "Wild Tea") will also be available.

Come experience the Qi of Tea with us :)
