After soaking up all that wisdom, let’s dive into our traditional breathing session.

It is not the typical meditation 
We will use ancient and modern breathing techniques to hack and reset your nervous system and prepare you for the week. At the end of the session, you will feel a new depth of relaxation.

This week’s guest: Suzy Turner
As the Founder of Soulshine Rhythm Experience, Suzy Turner is known for her uplifting, warm, and inclusive approach to drum circle facilitation. An experienced percussionist trained in West African drumming as well as a variety of evidence-based facilitation methods, Suzy utilizes drumming to help participants relax, engage and connect through the universal language of rhythm. From retreats to company team-building events, wellness workshops, Suzy’s rhythm programs are designed to break down barriers, reignite alignment and inspire strong connection among group members of all ages and abilities.

About the topic:
From your breath to your brainwaves, the human body is ruled by biological rhythms. At times, this flow can be disrupted by various internal and external factors. How do we preserve our connection to the inner pulse while still relating to the rhythms of the world that surrounds us? To answer this question, Suzy will talk get you out of your head, and into your body. Join us!

Meet your host

JJ is a Human Optimization Strategist.

He found his path into the world of Optimal Breathing in 2015 after visiting his hometown at 13000 ft of altitude. When he arrived, he suffered from lack of Oxygen and altitude sickness.

That's what got him curious about the power of breathing and started his adventure through several schools and certifications of Breathwork.
