Join Aspire Fertility Austin as they host a free Meditation & Sound Bath for the community. This offering will be lead by our beloved teacher, Lizbeth Hellen. Participants will get a chance to chat with Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel after the class.
What to expect:

Dr. Deborah Ikhena-Abel is a compassionate fertility specialist at Aspire Fertility Austin, known for blending medical expertise with genuine care. Trained at Dartmouth, UMass, and Northwestern, she’s passionate about helping patients grow their families while destigmatizing infertility and pregnancy loss.
She offers thoughtful, personalized support for everything from IVF and fertility preservation to PCOS and endometriosis.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband and their two rainbow babies, reading literary fiction, and watching K-dramas. Dr. Ikhena-Abel is more than a physician—she’s a compassionate partner on your fertility journey.

Liz first stepped on the mat 18 years ago for prenatal yoga and never stopped. Kundalini, Yin and yoga4cancer are her favorite ones to take and teach. Her own healing journey took her to become a Thetahealing, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Therapist. Recently exploring Shamanic teachings and integrating a true body- mind- spirit approach in any of her classes and sound baths, she is also the founder of RIshikesh Bliss by Liz- Herbal, organic and vegan healing sprays and skincare. She is a lunar lover and inspired by nature. Always a teacher and forever a student, a mother of 3 and wife, She is honored to take this Journey with you.
