Bonnie is an experienced yoga teacher who is passionate about helping her students find balance in their practice. She has advanced training as an ayurvedic practitioner and incorporates healing practices into her classes. She specializes in restorative and vinyasa styles. Her classes are known for their calming and supportive atmosphere with a focus on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness. She often incorporates pranyama and guided meditations into her classes.
