Elevate your morning routine with intentional breathwork and meditation, awakening your highest self. This class renews your energy, focus, and heart openness by combining activating and calming breathwork with meditation to release stagnant energy and reconnect with the present as you start your day. We begin with activating breathwork and emotional release, shedding yesterday's worries and embracing the new day with a light heart. As the energy settles, we smoothly transition into gentle, calming breathwork and meditation, nurturing inner tranquility to keep you present and connected throughout the day. Morning meditation and breathwork not only build a strong sense of community and shared purpose but also tap into the morning's enchanting energy, amplifying the benefits of these practices and fostering personal growth, motivation, and accountability. Together, we harness the transformative magic of the morning for a profoundly uplifting start to the day.   Check-in for this class will take place in the Alma room as the lounge space does not open until 10am. When entering Casa de Luz, take the first right towards the courtyard - Alma is the room at the end of the walkway.

In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are. Mae DeevyMae Deevy is a Certified Hypnotist, Integrative Coach & Host of the "Stories from the Subconscious" Podcast. She is also a classically trained singer with a Bachelor's Degree in Music. Join Ravelle Laurette for a special meditation workshop teaching advanced Clairvoyant/energy tools to help bring your manifestations into reality. Clairvoyance is the ability to see, read, and interpret energy out of the Third Eye—the portal to our subconscious, our intuition, and our soul. This workshop will teach you the tools on how to program your manifestations into your subconscious so that they can actually manifest physically. What is special about this workshop is that this class isn’t your typical manifestation practice, we will be diving very deeply into our subconscious to remove limiting beliefs, feminine and masculine wounding, work on our having-ness, and detailing the exact steps to bring your desires to physical life through deep meditation. This is part 2 of 2 of the special Clairvoyant workshops held this month. The first one was/is “Healing the Heart” held on Oct 27th 1:30-3:30 PM, it is not required to attend Part 1 though it is recommended for maximum benefit for manifestation work. This is also an advanced Clairvoyant workshop, while it is not required, it is recommended to have attended at least one Clairvoyant Foundational class under Ravelle Laurette (Accessing The Third Eye: Clairvoyant Foundations) as the foundational tools will not be explained in depth.

A true Austin oasis with a multitude of offerings. Bonus points right next to Zilker / Barton Springs.

Love this cacao bar! They sell both cups of cacao, as well as blocks of cacao from all over Central America, including Cacao Source and Nantli Cacao from Guatemala. The only thing I wish could be improved is their sustainability efforts. Every cup of cacao is served in a single use coffee cup. Maybe one day they could offer reusable mugs or cups for customers dining in. All in all, it’s a wonderful space and I highly recommend checking it out in Austin!

The meditation here is so good you’ll end up with more cacao than you can move in a 30 day period. What is your refund policy btw?

FAQ

Yoga helps with energy levels and fatigue like a power nap, helping you recharge and refresh. It can help improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and increase overall energy and vitality. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than trying to sleep on a crowded airplane.

How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.

Practicing yoga regularly is like a magic potion for the mind and body. It can help improve focus and concentration, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall quality of life. It's like a mental and physical elixir, only without the risk of turning into a frog.

Yoga is like a self-esteem superhero! It helps you build strength, flexibility, and balance, which can boost your confidence. Plus, the mindfulness aspect of yoga teaches you to be kinder to yourself and appreciate your body for what it can do, rather than how it looks.

Yoga is like a supportive friend for your recovery. It can help with addiction recovery by reducing stress, improving self-awareness, and teaching you to cope with difficult emotions. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a support group all day.
