In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are.Mae DeevyMae Deevy is a Certified Hypnotist, Integrative Coach & Host of the "Stories from the Subconscious" Podcast. The cacao here is good, and the vibes are amazing. It’s the kind of place where you run into awesome people whose very presence brings you peace and joy.

I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the social side, coming to the lounge is always a comforting place to be, it is one of the friendliest places in Austin. I always look forward to spending time in the lovely community. Thanks Bart Shar

FAQ

Yoga helps with digestion like a gentle massage, helping your body process food more effectively. It can help improve blood flow to the digestive organs, reduce bloating and constipation, and promote overall digestive health. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a stomach ache.

Yin and yang yoga are like the yin and yang of the yoga world - they balance each other out. Yin yoga is slow and passive, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation, while yang yoga is more active and dynamic, focusing on building strength and heat.

Yoga is like a circus performer, juggling multiple tasks at once. It improves your balance by strengthening your core and leg muscles, and it enhances your coordination by teaching you to move your body in sync with your breath. Just don't expect to run away and join the circus after a few classes.

Yoga can help boost your immune system like a superhero cape for your cells. It can help reduce stress, which can weaken your immune system. Plus, the focus on breath control can help improve lung function and reduce the risk of respiratory infections.

Yoga for children is like a superhero training camp, only without the spandex and capes (unless you're into that sort of thing). It can help improve focus, concentration, and coordination, while also promoting self-esteem and body awareness. Plus, it's a great way to tire them out before bedtime.
