Sacred Play is a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to reconnect you with your innate joy, creativity, and emotional authenticity through guided play, gentle improv exercises, embodied movement such as yoga poses, visualization, and sound healing. Blending simple improvisational practices with accessible nervous system education, participants are invited to release inhibition, rediscover spontaneity, and build confidence in safe, relational ways. Through playful interaction, imaginative exploration, and grounding sound integration, this experience supports emotional healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of wonder, reminding you that play is a sacred practice that is regulating, connective, and deeply healing.

Meet your host

Jeannine I.

Jeannine Ivey, M.Ed., RYT-200, is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and public educator with over 15 years of experience guiding others toward balance and well-being. With a Master's degree in special education and a Master’s in progress in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Jeannine weaves mindfulness, movement, and therapeutic practices into every class.

Her teaching style integrates yoga, breathwork, and crystal sound bowls to create restorative experiences that reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and promote resilience. In addition to teaching in schools and facilitating retreats, Jeannine has led wellness workshops across Austin for educators, community members, and corporate teams.

Grounded in compassion and holistic healing, Jeannine’s classes invite students to reconnect with themselves, restore inner calm, and cultivate lasting well-being.
