Nice, quiet studio, a wide variety of classes, plus a welcoming, enlightened and no-pressure atmosphere. I haven't practiced yoga in years, and Flow offers a range of options to help with that transition back. Highly recommended for yoga beginners, intermediates and pros.

Flow yoga is one of the best studio experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is SO welcoming and kind. They offer a wide variety of classes and even have fun events like yoga & comedy. It’s also spacious and clean. The vibes are immaculate and I love ending class in the lobby with tea or cacao. Their introductory month for $30 is great too, I’ve convinced my mom to join me too. I'm so glad to have found a yoga studio close to my apartment!!! I like that in your first month, you can try out as many different classes as you want, so you can find out what kind of yoga and/or instructor(s) you like. I've been going to hot Vinyasa once a week, and it's been a great addition to my fitness routine. Would recommend! Also Enrique is awesome (: you should definitely take a class with him.

Flow Yoga North Loop completely changed how I feel about yoga. I’ll be honest—I was pretty skeptical trying yoga again. I had tried a few classes in the past, but I think I just picked the wrong styles or wasn’t in the right environment. Thanks to this, I found the perfect fit for me—a class and teacher that make me genuinely enjoy showing up on my mat.
