Your teacher will help you develop more challenging modifications as you are ready and in this way, each person can work at their own pace. This class is not recommended for absolute newbies but is good for those with some experience.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.

I love this studio! They have such a variety of classes to choose from, really great events (Kirtan singing, new moon sound bath, etc.), and awesome teachers. The studio is gorgeous and it's in a great location in Georgetown. I highly recommend checking them out.

I'm so glad I found Flow Yoga. I started with their 30 days for $30 offer and tried out a lot of classes and have loved all of them. I appreciate that the yoga instructors take their time, are thoughtful with their guidance, and let you move at your own pace. Just started going to this studio and absolutely fell in love. I love the diversity in class styles and variety of the flows I've been to. I also love a hands on assist! Everyone is warm and welcoming and much more of that cozy yoga community than some of the popular heated studios I had been going to around austin!

It has been years since the last time I walked into a studio. Flow Yoga Georgetown was the perfect "welcome back to the practice" studio. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and awesome. The location is so unassuming, tucked away in a strip mall. However, you feel you are in a big city studio once inside. Love this place and the people!
