This evening is all about connection — with yourself and the people around you. We’ll begin by settling into the space with cacao, henna, and meaningful conversation before moving into a deeper exploration of the mind–body connection.

What to expect:

Meaningful Connection: Michele Schalin will guide fun card-based conversations with thoughtful prompts in rotating small groups.
Guest Speaker: Mateo Flows will share insights on The Mind–Body Connection and how understanding it can support personal growth and awareness.
Guided Movement: Marci Weinstein, LCSW and Kripalu yoga teacher, will lead an integrative yoga practice designed to help you connect more deeply with your body.
A Balanced Experience: Expect a mix of connection, learning, movement, and reflection.
short internal check-in, move into about 30 minutes of yoga, and close with a brief reflection to help integrate what you experienced.

A simple evening to slow down, connect, and leave feeling a little more grounded.
