Danda Yoga: The way of Flow + Form

The Sanskrit word, Danda, most commonly translated as “Staff”, represents our center and inner alignment, discipline and strength.
The use of a physical staff is an outer symbol and tool that lends itself to the inner alchemy of purposeful Flow and Form within slow, yet activated movement in Yoga Asana.

Discover:
-How slow and fluid movement with a physical staff recruits core muscular activation and awareness while simultaneously encouraging fuller, deeper breathing within movement
-Connection to your physical and energetic center (Sushumna Nadi)
-How to move with stability, fluidity, flow, form and ease within poses
