at WestgateJoin Siri and Nam Joti for an evening of chanting mantra, and relaxing into the sacred sounds of gongs, bowls and other instruments.
Mantra directs the mind to focus intentions on Divine connection while relieving the distraction of habitual mental loops. The spiritual base of your Essential Presence comes into focus as gongs and bowls give you the experience of intuitive poise and feeling those sounds vibrating in the physical, emotional and mental bodies. With the body and mind at ease, you find the ability to attune to Divine Presence holding you in Unconditional Love. You can then use this platform to build a conscious conversation and relationship with the Beloved to clear energies you no longer need and plant seeds for your consciously elevated creativity.
Siri and Nam have been using and teaching mantra and sound for decades and together share a unique and intuitive way for many yoginis and yogis to connect with the Beloved Father/Mother Life.
Siri Bahadur began his practice of Kundalini Yoga in 1974 and has found the art and science of this style of yoga to be one of constant unfolding discovery. His passion is sharing by teaching, fed by the Kundalini premise of realizing the conscious mindset of the possible human. Breath, movement, and sacred sound are staples in his classes.
Nam Joti Kaur Khalsa has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2009. She comes from a lineage of both Hatha & Kundalini teachers and is baptized in the Sikh Faith.
Nam Joti’s offerings are currently centered around Sacred Sound, infusing the vibrations of the Gongs and singing bowls with mantra in both Sanskrit & Gurmukhi and other various instruments. She is passionate about the transformative portals created when we surrender to what arises from a relationship with the Naad or Sound Current.
Nam is honored to sit at the right hand of her dear friend and mentor, Siri Bahadur Khalsa, to offer events that are playful, profound and expansive.
