Saturday Spotlight: Flow & Sound At Flow Yoga Georgetown
 Flow + Sound is a combination class with a slower-paced flow connecting breath with movement. The teacher guides you through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance.

This class ends with a deep relaxation & sound healing that includes singing bowls, gong, rain sticks, chimes, drums, etc...that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.

Saturday Spotlight is a rotating Saturday feature of existing class styles and teachers.
