at GeorgetownJoin us in sacred community as we honor the Fall Equinox—a time when day and night stand in perfect balance. This seasonal shift invites us to reflect, release, and realign as we transition from the outward energy of summer to the inward pull of autumn.
Here's what you can expect:
Trust us, you'll leave feeling relaxed, at ease, and ready to take on the world. It's the perfect way to practice some much-needed self-care during the New Moon. Bring a journal if you want to jot down any insights or reflections that come up for you.
Why Celebrate the Fall Equinox? This is a powerful moment to pause and recalibrate—to honor what you’ve grown this year and create space for what’s next. The Equinox encourages inner balance, reflection, and embodiment, helping you ground into your truth and realign with your purpose.
Spaces are limited and this event always fills up fast, so grab your spot now! We can't wait to share this magical evening with you. See you there!
Kelly’s training in many styles of yoga and as a certified sound healing practitioner allows her to weave somatic, energetic, and nervous system-balancing techniques, breath practices, flexibility/strength enhancement, and meditation into her classes. She creates classes that are gentle and therapeutic for beginners, with opportunities to be challenged safely woven throughout. She loves to welcome those who are new to yoga and looking for solutions to physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges. Classes often end with the restorative sounds of the gong, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
Kelly started teaching yoga in 2017 with the belief that there is not any type of suffering that cannot be lessened by the right yoga and meditation practice. She loves to share the yogic teachings she has learned over the last two decades with those seeking to grow and transform. While she credits Kundalini yoga and meditation for providing the mental and emotional healing she needed for most of her life, her commitment is to building community, support, and health with all like-minded yogis and yoginis. She is currently working to complete her Yoga Therapy certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and offers private sound healing and yoga sessions in her home studio.
