In this practical + relaxing 2 hour session, you’ll explore how to care for this vital area of your body using gentle movement, breath, and self-massage. Whether you're dealing with discomfort or simply want to prevent it before it starts, you'll walk away with tools you can use anytime, anywhere.

Through a mix of gentle yoga, stretching + strengthening, posture awareness, and self-massage techniques, you’ll learn how to:
We will blend mindful movement, breathwork, and practical anatomy tips so you understand why these areas get tight and how to restore balance. You'll leave feeling more open, more relaxed, and more confident in caring for your body—whether you're at work, at home, or on the go.
No prior experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to move, stretch, and unwind.
Angela has been teaching yoga since 2010 and is an experienced registered yoga teacher at the 500+ hour level (E-RYT 500), a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®). She specializes in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Chair Yoga. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and also leads Flow Yoga’s continuing education Sound Healing training.
Angela has studied advanced forms of Reiki and is a Master Teacher in Tibetan, Usui, and Karuna Ki. She studied Sound Therapy through the following respected programs: Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest (formerly Sound Therapy of Austin), and Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School (where she is currently in advanced studies). She is known for her one on one Sound Healing + Reiki sessions, as well as in the yoga community for her regularly scheduled classes and special events: various yoga workshops, Restorative with Sound, Full Moon Yoga + Sound and New Moon Sound Baths.
Angela’s style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her classes are always welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
