at GeorgetownIn this event, you will be immersed in sounds of various traditional and aboriginal instruments originating in various cultures around the world. This includes a Hawaiian-style shell trumpet, a Chau gong, a native American flute, an Aboriginal didgeridoo and a traditional Taos Pueblo drum. These instruments have been played in ancient cultures for healing, in ceremonies, and for reaching into the Spirit World.
As you settle into the Sound Journey, Jenny will offer intuitive hands-on Reiki to support your experience. You are always free to opt out.
Additionally, with modern crystal bowls, tuned to the frequencies of our chakras, you will be gently guided through chakra tune-up with the sound of crystal bowls and by vocal chakra-specific tones.
Ideally, in this journey you will have an opportunity to relax, restore, reach inward and fine-tune your own energy systems using ancient sound and vibration.
Jenny is a yoga teacher, registered nurse, and movement educator who bridges grounded science with subtle energy and nondual healing practices. A Third Degree Reiki practitioner with a background in post-surgical joint care, she brings a calm, intuitive presence to her work.
