Fall into Stillness

If you desire to slow down the cadence of life…

If you long for more presence and inner stillness ahead of the holidays or just in general…

This gentle introduction to silent retreating aims to loving guide attendees in finding clarity and inspiration through structured periods of silence. In various forms and with guidance, we will engage the meditative and artistically freeing practice of emptying the mind onto a page, creating space to breathe and slow down long enough to smell the flowers that represent our precious life.

Sanieh has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness and the Internal Arts for almost 25 years. She has facilitated events, master classes, retreats and teacher training modules across the U.S. and abroad.

Her areas of emphasis include but are not limited to: biomechanics of the breath, neurobiology, integrative nutrition, mobility for longevity, multiple disciplines in meditation, yoga asana (physical form), sound healing and the Internal Healing Arts - Qigong, Taichi and Xiu Yang.

Sanieh’s aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration, neuro-muscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation using somatics, ancient yogic practices and the internal healing arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.

In her public yoga classes, Sanieh specializes in the facilitation of organic movement forms based on fluid body systems and evidence-based stress reduction. Her classes are often described as “liquid” meditative and nourishing.
