Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.

Join Kimberly weekly on Saturdays for a  deep dive series into the chakras. Each week will be focused on balancing a different chakra through discussion, mantra, breathwork, and yoga.   Chakras can be defined as 'spinning wheels' or energy centers in your body. Each Chakra is associated with an area of the body both physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. and they can hold valuable lessons. When open and balanced, energy moves fluidly thru us, and sometimes we can have a blockage. Let us explore what they might look like to be both 'out of balnce', and 'in balance', how they relate to each other, and discover asana, pranayama, and mantra to help bring the subtle body more into a place of balance and connection.   Class 1 Aug 03: Muladhara, the Root ChakraClass 2 Aug 10: Svadhisthana, the Sacral ChakraClass 3 Aug 17: Manipura, the Solar Plexus ChakraClass 4 Aug 24: Anahata, the Heart ChakraClass 5 Aug 31: Visshudha, the Throat ChakraClass 6 Sep 07: Ajna, the Third Eye ChakraClass 7 Sep 14: Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra
