Sanieh has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness and the Internal Arts for over 25 years. With over 1,500 formal teacher training hours, she has facilitated events, master classes, retreats, teacher training modules and CEUs across the U.S. and abroad.

Some of Sanieh's areas of formal studies, training, and expertise include:

Biomechanics and Neurobiology of movement, Biomechanics of optimal breathing patterns, Integrative Nutrition, multiple disciplines of meditation, Mobility for Longevity, yoga asana, breath work, sound healing and the Internal Healing Arts - Qigong and Xiu Yang specifically.

Sanieh’s aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration, neuro-muscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation by way of teaching somatics, ancient yogic practices and the internal healing arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.

In her public yoga classes, Sanieh specializes in the facilitation of organic movement forms based on fluid body systems and evidence-based stress reduction. Her classes are often described as “fluid", meditative, welcoming, and nourishing."
