Craig H.

My yoga journey began in an unexpected way, a car accident in my 20's brought me to the mat for the first time as I worked to regain my flexibility and mobility. What started as physical recovery quickly revealed something deeper, as I began experiencing the mental and emotional benefits that yoga offers. My practice deepened after a transformative workshop with Ana Forrest, and I carry many of those teachings and influences into the way I show up for my students today.

I believe that every body is beautifully unique, and that yoga is truly for everyone — regardless of age, ability, or experience. Offering modifications is at the heart of how I teach. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.*This class is not hotRead class details

Hot Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic hot yoga experience where poses flow together with breath in a hot room (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa keeps you constantly moving through creative sequences that never feel repetitive. The combination of heat and continuous movement creates an energizing practice that quickly builds internal warmth, promotes detoxification through sweat, and helps muscles stretch more deeply.  The hot environment intensifies the experience, creating greater flexibility and a purifying sweat without the extreme temperatures of some other hot yoga styles.Read class details
