Jennifer has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Her classes are anchored in breathwork, mindful movement, alignment-based biomechanics, and yogic philosophy. Whether teaching foundational or advanced asanas, the movements and postures explored in her classes are used as tools for self-awareness, exploration, and growth. Jennifer’s goal is to guide students away from a performance-based practice, and into one of presence.
