Jorden P.

Jorden (she/her) is an RYT500 and a devoted student of yoga who believes the practice is most powerful when it’s accessible, adaptable, and rooted in breath awareness. Her teaching centers on individual alignment, empowered self expression, and thoughtful layering of options so students from all walks of life can meet themselves honestly and safely on the mat, with an emphasis on choice, curiosity, and presence. Jorden grew up on an island in New Hampshire practicing sunrise yoga with her mom. Off the mat, she loves painting, playing guitar, and snuggling her three mildly behaved cats. In class, you can expect seasonal and lunar-inspired themes that invite balance, self-study, and practical tools students can carry beyond the studio, creating more space for grounding, awareness, and ease in everyday life.
