She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect to their own energy and truth. As she continues to evolve, she is currently expanding her studies into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), integrating tools that support lasting, holistic change.

Known for her ability to listen deeply and connect authentically, Kayla honors each person’s unique story. She believes that when we choose to shift, healing and growth become not only possible, but powerful. In her spaces, all are welcomed exactly as they are—invited to soften, expand, and come home to themselves.
