She strives to pass on her love and knowledge of yoga to anyone who wants to practice. “Yoga keeps me young at heart, open minded, and increases my health and vigor daily. I love connecting to my infinity and finding that calmness and stillness within.”

Sirgun and her husband Bir love to cook, so they cater parties and yoga retreats during the year. She is also trained in the healing arts of Reiki, Diksha, and Tibetan bowl therapy.

She loves teaching at Yoga Yoga because she feels so at home and supported, constantly inspired by her students and fellow teachers. Her classes are fun and challenging with a very positive, inclusive energy. She encourages students to go beyond their self-imposed boundaries, while still listening to their bodies, offering modifications and working within her students' limits. Sirgun offers breathwork, movement, and meditation to help students get in touch with their infinite and beautiful souls, face their problems and challenges, and relax and enjoy a better life.
