Rest & Restore - Yoga Nidra
In a time of chronic exhaustion and overstimulation, offer yourself the gift of rest with this restorative workshop. We'll spend our time together practicing gentle movement, breathing exercises, and Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a restorative guided meditation, supporting self-inquiry, deep rest, creativity, and overall well-being. This practice can bring about incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity to the physical body and mind, through the practice of resting and Being.
Bolsters, yoga mats, and blankets will be available at the studio. Optional to bring your own pillow, blanket, eye pillow, or anything else that will support you during the meditation. Option to bring a journal or sketchbook to use during reflection time.
