JJ is a Human Optimization Strategist.
He found his path into the world of Optimal Breathing in 2015 after visiting his hometown at 13000 ft of altitude. When he arrived, he suffered from lack of Oxygen and altitude sickness.
That's what got him curious about the power of breathing and started his adventure through several schools and certifications of Breathwork.
