Get ready for a unique experience at “Learn & Breathe”, where in each session I bring experts in different areas of Human Optimization to share their knowledge and provide practical advice that accelerates your personal development. 

After soaking up all that wisdom, let’s dive into our traditional breathing session.

It is not the typical meditation 
We will use ancient and modern breathing techniques to hack and reset your nervous system and prepare you for the week. At the end of the session, you will feel a new depth of relaxation.

To improve your experience we suggest you bring the following:

  • An eye mask
  • A notepad, journal, or sketchbook.
  • Your favorite yoga mat
  • A cozy blanket or jacket

With Thanksgiving around the corner and the end of the year approaching, it's the perfect time to make gratitude a regular part of your routine — and turn it into a lasting habit for 2025. JJ will cover key concepts, then guide you through simple yet impactful exercises.

Meet your host

JJ is a Human Optimization Strategist.

He found his path into the world of Optimal Breathing in 2015 after visiting his hometown at 13000 ft of altitude. When he arrived, he suffered from lack of Oxygen and altitude sickness.

That's what got him curious about the power of breathing and started his adventure through several schools and certifications of Breathwork.
