Join us for an evening of intention setting, energy shifting and sound healing under the New Moon. We’ll set our intentions for the new cycle, move our bodies with a slow & gentle all levels flow, enjoy a group meditation and settle in for a blissful Sound Bath!
No prior yoga experience necessary. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and at ease - what a wonderful way to practice self-care during the New Moon
Why do we Celebrate & Meditate under the New Moon?
The New Moon is an opportunity to turn inwards! It is especially important because it represents the starting of a new cycle allowing us to plant seeds of growth & intention as well as bring focus and awareness to our dreams and desires for the upcoming month!
Feel free to bring a journal & something to write with for reflection.
Registration in advance is highly recommended as this event fills up fast.
