Candlelight Yin Yoga At 3rd Eye

Unwind in a serene, flickering sanctuary designed to reset your nervous system through the meditative practice of Yin. This floor-based session targets the body's densest structures—the fascia, ligaments, and tendons—by utilizing long-held, passive postures supported by props. By maintaining these shapes for several minutes, you will encourage increased joint mobility and a deep myofascial release. You will leave this candlelit experience with a calmed parasympathetic nervous system ready for restorative sleep.

A few props will be used and provided but you are welcome to bring your own, such as a mat and bolster.
