Hatha Yoga & Healing Meditation At 3rd Eye

One hour with just you and pure energy on the mat, the perfect time to stop worries and thoughts. My name is Olexandra I am a teacher of hatha yoga, which in Sanskrit means "hatha" - strength, perseverance, absolute necessity, and "yoga" - connection, unity, curbing the mind.

My journey started 9 years ago when I first came to a yoga camp and got acquainted with different types of yoga, meditation, mantras, and chanting and immediately dived into this wonderful world! Having visited India, and Nepal, I got even more convinced that yoga plays a substantial role in my life, and now I want to share with other people my knowledge and see my destiny in serving the world this way.

The great sages of the past left us a remarkable legacy in the form of yoga, which not only helps us to be healthy physically but also helps us mentally, with our fears and anxieties.

I believe that through the physical body, we can work with the energy in the chakras and the soul. The entire universe is in us, you just need to believe in it and yoga will help you to feel it.

Join me for this rejuvenating hatha yoga and meditation class.

FAQ

A typical yoga class is like a good movie - it lasts long enough to tell a story, but not so long that you start to nod off. Most classes run between 60-90 minutes, but there are also shorter and longer options available, depending on your schedule and attention span.

Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are like two sides of the same coin - they both incorporate physical postures, but they have different approaches. Hatha yoga is slower and more static, focusing on holding each pose for longer periods of time, while Vinyasa yoga is more fluid and dynamic, with a focus on linking breath and movement.

Yoga can help with emotional well-being like a soothing hug for your soul. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than talking to a therapist all day.

Yoga helps with endurance like a marathon runner, helping you go the distance without running out of steam. It can help improve cardiovascular function, increase lung capacity, and reduce fatigue. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than running until your legs give out.

Props are like the supporting cast in a yoga class - they help you get into the right position and provide support when needed. Think of them as your trusty sidekicks on your yoga journey.
