This container is created with ancient wisdom and modern science as we connect with heart centered breathing, your baseline for this entire journey of Coherence and self connection.

4. Voyage. Guided journeying within a visionary realm I call the HeartGarden where we will enter the Heart Tree and connect with the cosmic source and explore a chosen theme. These themes are various and are all designed for self connection and harmony.
5. Integration, dropping back into our bodies and opening a community sharing reflection circle.
6. Homework. you are the transformation you are waiting for. It is your responsibility and privilege that you get to take these practices that resonate home with you, journal, reflect, and make a sustainable change big or small to create a lifestyle of greater harmony and wellbeing.

FAQ

Yoga helps with sleep like a lullaby, gently lulling you into a peaceful slumber. It can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and increase relaxation, all of which can improve sleep quality. Plus, it's a lot more effective than counting sheep.

Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are like two sides of the same coin - they both incorporate physical postures, but they have different approaches. Hatha yoga is slower and more static, focusing on holding each pose for longer periods of time, while Vinyasa yoga is more fluid and dynamic, with a focus on linking breath and movement.

Choosing the right yoga style is like finding the perfect pair of jeans – it's all about personal preference and what fits you best. Do some research, try out different styles, and don't be afraid to mix and match until you find the perfect combination. And remember, just because your best friend swears by Bikram yoga doesn't mean it's the right style for you.

Yoga can definitely help with weight loss, but it's not a magic solution. It burns calories, builds muscle, and can help reduce stress-related eating. Plus, it's a lot more fun than spending hours on the treadmill.

Yoga for children is like a superhero training camp, only without the spandex and capes (unless you're into that sort of thing). It can help improve focus, concentration, and coordination, while also promoting self-esteem and body awareness. Plus, it's a great way to tire them out before bedtime.
