Mantra and Meditation At 3rd Eye
Gentle yet challenging kriyas plus we will share tools of Naad Yoga, a practice of vibrating divine sound within us and then projecting it outward. It originates effortlessly, deep within the quiet space in the center of every human being, called "Anahat" or the unstuck sound, and then finds its way through our thoughts, our words, and our actions. This sacred sound cuts through the illusion of the world like the sword of a fierce warrior, and also heals us with its energy of pure love so that we may truly experience peace in our hearts. Often classes include 30 minutes or more of chanting.

FAQ

Yoga is like a circus performer, juggling multiple tasks at once. It improves your balance by strengthening your core and leg muscles, and it enhances your coordination by teaching you to move your body in sync with your breath. Just don't expect to run away and join the circus after a few classes.

Yoga can help with fatigue like a shot of energy for your body. It can help improve blood flow, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than drinking a cup of coffee every day.

To prepare for a yoga class, channel your inner yogi by wearing comfortable, stretchy clothes, bringing a yoga mat, and leaving your ego at the door. Remember to hydrate before and after class, and don't forget to silence your phone – nobody wants to hear your ringtone during Savasana.

Yoga helps with mindfulness like a GPS for your mind, guiding you towards the present moment. It can help you learn to focus your attention, reduce distractions, and increase self-awareness. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.

Yoga is like a bone-building superhero. It can help improve bone density by putting stress on your bones in a good way, which encourages them to grow stronger. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lifting weights all day.
