Qigong & Meditation At 3rd Eye
Restore, Rebalance and Reconnect. QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice
cultivates and balances the body’s Life Force or Qi. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts practices, Qigong is an incredible tool for health, vitality, growth, and self-awareness. The practice emphasizes mindful presence, alignment, and circulation of Energy through the meridians, creating a holistic approach to well-being.
 
This class is an invitation to step into deeper rhythms within you, with a focus on cultivating presence, restoring natural energy flow and supporting the physical, emotional, and mental harmony.

What to Expect:
You will be guided through a nourishing practice by;
Integrating mindful movements: You will be guided through gentle movements, intentional motions, while staying fully aware of the body and present moment, as well as regulating breathwork for deeper flow.


Somatic and Energy Awareness: To tune into the sensations, movement
patterns, and subtle energy within the body, as well as energies of the internal organs and meridians.


Guided Meditation: Still the heart and quiet the mind. Participants will be led through focused visualization and mindful awareness, helping to calm the mind, deepen the connection within and with the Universal Energies
This practice will help you toward a deeper embodiment, awakening healing, stepping into more alignment of the chakras, flowing into easing the mind, and balancing body, mind, spirit.


You will leave feeling centered, restored, and energetically renewed.

There will be intuitive card pull to support intention-setting and inner guidance.
