Voice & Pure Vibration: A Full Moon Sound Bath At 3rd Eye
Voice and Pure Vibration with Gregory & Mae: a Sound Healing Experience is held on the 3rd Friday of each month. Gather in community for this special event as we near the full moon, a time for reflection and release; letting go of what no longer serves you. Receive healing vibrations to recalibrate your body, mind, and soul.

As Plato once said, “rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.” Gregory & Mae layer their voices together with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, handpan & more to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.

As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This 60-minute experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls as well as the purest of vocal harmonies... and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Some may wish to bring an eye mask (optional). No experience is required - come as you are.
Gregory & Mae are both members of the conscious indie sound healing band, "Mystic Revival." Connect with the band on Instagram @mysticrevivalband

Yoga mats are provided although you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring anything to make yourself extra comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.

FAQ

Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are like two sides of the same coin - they both incorporate physical postures, but they have different approaches. Hatha yoga is slower and more static, focusing on holding each pose for longer periods of time, while Vinyasa yoga is more fluid and dynamic, with a focus on linking breath and movement.

Yoga helps with sleep quality and relaxation like a warm blanket, wrapping you in a cocoon of calm. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce tension in the body, and promote deep relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than sleeping with a blanket on your head.

Yoga is like a multivitamin for your overall health. It can help improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility and strength, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill every day.

Yoga helps with digestion and detoxification like a spring cleaning for your body, helping you get rid of toxins and waste. It can help improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and promote overall digestive health. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than cleaning out your garage.

Yoga is like a soothing massage for your joints. It helps to reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, and improve overall joint health. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal masseuse to follow you around all day.
