Sat May 9 at 7pm
We begin at 7:00 pm with a delicious plant-based dinner featuring:

At 7:30 pm, we move into a soft, heart centered kirtan. This gentle mantra meditation experience is designed to calm the nervous system, uplift the heart, and support a sense of peaceful Divine connection.
At 8:30 pm, those who wish may stay for an optional guided meditation class. This short class will offer practical support for anyone interested in establishing or deepening a consistent meditation practice in daily life.
Come as you are and feel free to bring a friend. There is no cost to attend. Donations are welcome and appreciated.
