Join comedian Stephen Campbell as he recalls how he maintained his mental health through times of tragic life events, dealing with opioid addicted therapists, and how he discovered the benefits of breathwork, yoga and meditation.
Get ready to receive the healing power of laughter through Stephen's hilarious story telling and take home accessible breathwork, yoga and meditation tools taught by yoga therapist, Sam Pullen.
Doors: 7:30pm (hangout in the lounge courtyard for refreshing cacao or juice & mingling)
Entry to Connect: 8:00PM (pick your seat and settle in)
What to bring/wear: We will be practicing chair yoga so there is no need to bring a mat. Please do bring your own water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
