at North LoopBegin the new year by moving with intention and settling into stillness. This class is designed to help you gently reset—physically, mentally, and energetically—as you step into the year ahead. The first half of class will be a mindful flow, inviting warmth, circulation, and ease into the body. From there, we’ll transition into a slower, more grounding practice featuring restorative and yin-inspired postures to support deep release and rest.
Throughout the class, moments of guided mindfulness and reflection will be woven in, offering space to pause, breathe, and consciously set the tone for the year ahead—without pressure, resolutions, or expectations. This class is perfect if you’re looking to move, unwind, and start the new year feeling centered, refreshed, and at home in your body.
All levels welcome. Come as you are.
Sliding-scale pricing. Pay what you can.
Taylor has been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has profoundly impacted her life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—which ultimately inspired her to share the practice with others and become a teacher. She currently teaches power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. While she teaches all levels, she prefers to keep her classes as beginner-friendly as possible, offering up-level options for those who want them. Regardless of the style she’s teaching, her primary focus is helping students leave with a regulated nervous system and a deep sense of peace.
