Join us for a beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga flow surrounded by adorable, adoptable cats! This one-of-a-kind experience combines movement, mindfulness, and the opportunity to support animals in need.
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and get ready for a fun and heartwarming class led by Taylor Cook while curious cats roam, play, and cuddle throughout the studio.
After class, you'll have plenty of time to meet the kittens, learn more about the adoption process, and chat with the rescue team if you're interested in adopting or fostering.
Event Schedule
2:00 to 2:30 PM: Meet the kittens, mingle, and learn about the rescue
2:30 to 3:30 PM: All-levels yoga class
3:30 to 4:00 PM: More kitten cuddles, photos, and adoption/foster opportunities
Whether you're looking to adopt, foster, or simply enjoy a unique yoga experience while supporting a great cause, we'd love to have you there!
Taylor has been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has profoundly impacted her life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—which ultimately inspired her to share the practice with others and become a teacher. She currently teaches power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. While she teaches all levels, she prefers to keep her classes as beginner-friendly as possible, offering up-level options for those who want them. Regardless of the style she’s teaching, her primary focus is helping students leave with a regulated nervous system and a deep sense of peace.
