This workshop will introduce the law of attraction and how we can create and manifest the life we want through raising our vibration and by broadcasting with a clear frequency. Attendees will learn various techniques to focus on what they want to manifest such as affirmations, meditation, visualization, yoga etc and ways to stay in their higher frequency. Attendees will create their own personal practice to take home and start manifesting miracles. The workshop will also include some gentle movement and sound healing.
