Right now Im sitting on my favorite beach in Costa Rica; the pitch black sands, the easy snorkeling and the laid back vibes… absolute bliss.

I've been coming here for the past 10 years and we finally created a quick and easy retreat based on our favorite things in Costa Rica. If you're even semi interested in coming to one of the upcoming Costa Rica trips, I'll be hosting a webinar to talk about what to expect on the trips and answer any questions.

This webinar will be especially useful if you've haven't been on an international trip yet or haven't been to a developing country.

Join us on New Year’s Day to celebrate this Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations followed by a guided meditation and relaxing sound bath.Everyone is welcome to practice this important ritual of burning up the old and setting your intentions for the new. All levels are welcome and modifications for various levels of practice will be shared, so do not fret!Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
