Partner Yoga: A Journey of Connection At Flow Yoga Westgate
Join Jillian and Marya in a Partner Yoga Journey and enjoy playing with shape shifting as we slow down our senses and hone into connection. This event is for anyone who is curious about exploring new movements in a fun way and deepening their connection skills.

In this special valentine's class you and your partner/bestie/family member will learn to support each other and keep each other balanced! We will begin with a (brief) opening circle and some cacao sipping. From there, we will move into our partner exercises and finish off with a guided massage and a soundbath journey.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and a great way to introduce yourself, a new friend, family member or partner to the benefits of yoga.

Please email us if you have any questions! The event is capped at 17 couples so please sign up ahead of time!

*Partner yoga requires trust and surrender to support one another in a pose, this is a hands on class please bring someone you feel comfortable with.

FAQ

Yoga is like a breath of fresh air for your respiratory system. It teaches you to breathe deeply and fully, which can improve lung capacity and function. Plus, the focus on breath control can help reduce symptoms of conditions like asthma and COPD.

Choosing the right yoga style is like finding the perfect pair of jeans – it's all about personal preference and what fits you best. Do some research, try out different styles, and don't be afraid to mix and match until you find the perfect combination. And remember, just because your best friend swears by Bikram yoga doesn't mean it's the right style for you.

Yoga helps with self-confidence like a cheerleader, always there to encourage and support you. It can help you learn to trust your body, improve posture, and increase body awareness. Plus, it's a lot more empowering than wearing a short skirt and shaking pom-poms.

Yoga is like a fountain of youth, but without the creepy side effects. It helps to maintain flexibility, balance, and strength as you age, which can reduce the risk of falls and injuries. Plus, it keeps your mind sharp by teaching you to focus and stay present in the moment – no more forgetting where you left your car keys!

Yoga helps with focus and concentration like a laser beam, helping you hone in on the task at hand. It can help improve mental clarity, reduce distractions, and increase productivity. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than staring at a computer screen all day.
