Sunday Wellness: Breathe & Sound Healing
Every Sunday we have our Sunday Wellness event to help you wind down from the past week and get prepared for the week ahead. With community, connection, and a practice that supports your health and wellness.
Join us for an amazing evening of Breathwork and sound healing with the talented Shawn LaFountain that'll leave you feeling balanced and at peace.
Here's what you can expect:
- Nervous System Chill-Out: We'll focus on downregulating and balancing your nervous system. Say goodbye to stress and hello to a state of heart-brain coherence. It's like a reset button for your body and mind!
- Inner Peace : Find your inner zen through a deep connection with your body, mind, and spirit. We'll use the power of breath and sound to guide you there.
- Sound Journey: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of shamanic drums and rattles, the melodies of a Native American flute, the calming resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, and the ethereal tones of binaural crystal singing bowls.
So, if you're looking to start your week on the right foot, come hang out with us. Let's breathe, relax, and find that inner peace together. Can't wait to see you there!
