Sunday Wellness: Pilates, Mindfulness, and Yin Yoga

Kayla Tizzano is bringing her magic to our studio, and you won't want to miss it! 

Here's what to expect:

• Pilates: Get ready to strengthen and tone your body in a way that feels amazing. Kayla's got the moves that'll make you feel both challenged and cared for.
• Mindfulness: Take a break from the chaos of everyday life. Kayla will guide you through mindfulness practices that help you reconnect with yourself and find some peace.
• Yin Yoga: End the session by melting into deep, restorative stretches. It's the perfect way to release tension and leave feeling totally zen.

Come early for some connection time in the lounge, 6:30-7pm.
