at WestgateWith heavy hearts, we invite you to join us for a come-and-go community gathering in honor of our beloved teacher and community member, Jillian Coogan.
For more than three years, Jillian was a beautiful part of the Flow Yoga family. She brought a unique light into our spaces — joyful, quirky, deeply kind, and wholeheartedly devoted to healing. Whether teaching on the mat or offering bodywork at Flow Westgate, she helped so many feel supported, restored, and truly seen. Jillian embodied the spirit of yoga in the way she lived: with openness, compassion, humor, and heart. The ripple of her kindness will continue to move through this community for years to come.
We will be holding the studio as a space to gather, grieve, remember, and support one another. This is not a formal memorial, but an informal space for connection — a shared container for sitting together, sharing stories, music, song, memories, silence, or simply being in one another’s presence. The official memorial for Jillian will be held in April. Stay tuned for more information.
You are welcome to arrive and leave at any time during this four-hour window. Come as you are. Stay as long as you need. All are welcome.
Throughout the evening, members of our yoga community will offer tributes in honor of Jillian:
4:30 - Tribute led by Angie Knight
5:20 - Tribute led by Veronica Kelly
6:10 - Tribute led by Michaela Whalen
7:00 - Tribute led by Adam Horowitz
