Where Yin Yoga meets Water…
Shanti is the Sanskrit word for Peace while Rasa is loosely translated as “nectar.” Thus Shanti Rasa is a very gentle and fluid, Yin-like practice that encourages the cultivation of inner peace and equanimity.
All levels are welcome.

Sanieh’s aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration, neuro-muscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation by way of teaching somatics, ancient yogic practices and the internal healing arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.
In her public yoga classes, Sanieh specializes in the facilitation of organic movement forms based on fluid body systems and evidence-based stress reduction. Her classes are often described as “fluid", meditative, welcoming, and nourishing."
