Why we celebrate and meditate together on the full moon:

On the full moon, the sun’s radiance is strongest – reflected both from the earth and from the moon to the earth.

With the moon’s alignment to the earth, you have the opportunity to release, cleanse and completes cycles, patterns and recurring situations. It’s a time when you can reset your course.

It can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Yoga is like a chill pill for your mind and body. It activates the relaxation response, which helps lower stress and anxiety. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and let go of tension.
