Join Claire & her run buddy Maddie for a casual community run designed for all levels, all paces, and all people. Whether you’re training for miles, are just getting started, or simply looking to connect with others, this is a space to show up exactly as you are.

We’ll meet at 8:00am at San Gabriel Park (follow the Yoga in the Park Signs) for an easy group run before heading over to Free Yoga in the Park with Flow Yoga Georgetown.

Come for the movement, stay for the community, and start your Saturday with fresh air, good energy, and mindful movement.

Run starts at 8:00am • All levels welcome

Free Yoga in the Park follows at 9:00am
