FREE: Guided Monthly Meditation Class At Flow Yoga Georgetown
Every 1st Sunday, ease into your month with a 45-minute guided meditation session designed to reset the nervous system and create space for inner calm. We’ll begin with gentle, accessible movement to awaken the body, followed by simple pranayama (breathwork) to quiet the mind.

Afterward, we’ll sit in silent meditation for 15–20 minutes, creating space for whatever needs to arise. The class will close with a restful savasana to integrate and ground the experience.

Expect:
– Gentle movement to release tension
– Breath practices for focus and calm
– Silent seated meditation (15–20 minutes)
– Savasana + journaling time

Bring a journal, a cozy layer, and come as you are. This is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect, together.

No experience needed—just come as you are.
