at GeorgetownEver feel like life’s been a little… much lately? Like that lighthearted, carefree version of you has been waiting patiently for some attention?
Yeah. Her.
Let’s go find her.
Join us for a tender + joyful women’s circle designed to reconnect you with your inner child — the curious, imaginative part of you that knows exactly how to soften, laugh, and feel.

Why this matters
This workshop is born from my own healing through the Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA) work. Those practices cracked something open for me, in the best way. If you’re craving reconnection, gentleness, belonging, or a spark of joy you haven’t felt in a while… this circle was made for you.
Ready to show your inner child some love?
Come as you are. Expect a little depth, a little play, and a whole lot of heart.
Kelly’s training in many styles of yoga and as a certified sound healing practitioner allows her to weave somatic, energetic, and nervous system-balancing techniques, breath practices, flexibility/strength enhancement, and meditation into her classes. She creates classes that are gentle and therapeutic for beginners, with opportunities to be challenged safely woven throughout. She loves to welcome those who are new to yoga and looking for solutions to physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges. Classes often end with the restorative sounds of the gong, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
Kelly started teaching yoga in 2017 with the belief that there is not any type of suffering that cannot be lessened by the right yoga and meditation practice. She loves to share the yogic teachings she has learned over the last two decades with those seeking to grow and transform. While she credits Kundalini yoga and meditation for providing the mental and emotional healing she needed for most of her life, her commitment is to building community, support, and health with all like-minded yogis and yoginis. She is currently working to complete her Yoga Therapy certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and offers private sound healing and yoga sessions in her home studio.

Yoga keeps the doctor away! You don’t believe me?! Try it for yourself!
Different types of yoga classes made a tremendous impact in my life since I’ve discovered it back in 2010.
In 2023, I pursued my dream of becoming certified in 200 HR Vinyasa Teacher Training, and Gong Training, here at Flow Yoga, so I can deepen my practice and share the benefits of yoga with the world!
